We have also launched a customer care helpline operating from 8 am – 12 Midnight and Instant Messaging Service.
Customer Support Center
Customer Information Center (CIC) offers, through a telephone call, easy access to our products and service information. This is in line with Jumbo’s commitment to provide customers with best possible facility for customer care. This service will be provided 16 hours a day Saturday to Thursday. The highlights of the CIC are:
- One Stop Service Call for information on product details, new models, prices, shop and service center locations.
- Easy Tracking of customer’s service job
- Quick Response from our highly qualified consultants.
- Total Responsibility: We convey your complaints to the management and give you feedback.

Instant Messaging Service
Instant Messaging Service (IMS) provides information to the customers for services rendered from Jumbo’s Service centers. Besides informing the status of service, the company will also use it for conveying occasional greetings too. The new IMS is aimed at increasing quality in customer care.
